I asked Jack to create a plaque in honour of my Dad’s military service. He went above and beyond. Because my father has dementia, his Army Airborne days are one of the few thing he remembers in detail. Jack even saw to it his specific unit was included. The attention to detail, and the questions he asked in order for it to be perfect made it personal. My dad is thrilled and it hangs in the doorway so everyone can see it.
